SPHERELAB believes in privacy and strives to keep personal data safe by using industry-standard safeguards against database breach. Your data will not be shared with third parties except for shipping information to SPHERELAB’S vendors. Your financial information will not be transmitted to or from this site as all payments are processed by PayPal.

SPHERELAB may contact you using the information you supply but will only do so infrequently, [BETA note: update to add contact check boxes, inc. do not contact]. We are committed to not being some jackass SPAMMERS so we will gladly remove anyone from further email lists.

Prices, products, and offers

Advertised prices, products, and offers are open to revision, discontinuation, or other modification at SPHERELAB’S discretion. Some products offered are unique or short run and some offers are limited in duration or scope as noted.

Wall spheres:

SPHERELAB wall spheres are manufactured and delivered by BLIK. Everyone loves BLIK and is satisfied with their products. Since all wall SPHERE constellations are custom fabricated, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. We will be glad to address technical issues or complaints and are devoted to the highest possible product quality. Should any product be unsatisfactory for reason of defect, SPHERELAB will replace it with an identical product. Goods to be replaced must be returned within 10 days from the date of original receipt. Goods must be returned in their original shipping container in as-received condition. SPHERLAB offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please ship back to SPHERELAB c/o blik via insured, certified US mail or FedEx ground service to:

Payment processing

SPHERELAB employs PayPal for all payment processing. No payment data is stored in, transmitted to or from, SPHERELAB. PayPal’s terms and conditions cover all payment processing and SPHERELAB is not responsible for any issues between the user and PayPal’s system. PayPal was selected as SPHERELAB’S payment processor because they are the most widely trusted, widely recognized and accepted internet payment institution. They work with user accounts or take credit cards. The time required to set up a new account will effect payment processing and, as a result, total fabrication time.
